Post Sugarland's KG-Penned "Stuck Like Glue" Available NOW
Just bought the new Sugarland single "Stuck Like Glue" over at iTunes. That's one of the songs on their upcoming "Incredible Machine" record that they co-wrote with Kevin. I'm listening to it for the third time in a row as I type this, and it's really great. Bears the unmistakable imprimatur of KG's upbeat songwriting style.

I dunno...maybe I'm biased as hell, but ever since Travis set up camp in Sugar-Land? I dig them just as much as I DON'T dig every other Country act in existence. And now that Kevin is pitching in on their songwriting, I have even more reason to champion their cause. Seems like they're an integral part of the Ezra family now, and vice-versa.

Anyway, please go buy it. You won't be disappointed, and you'll drop a dime in KG's pocket besides.

Thanks for the note on the availability of the single. I am about to go purchase it myself. I am not a big Sugarland fan but do find myself keeping an eye on things because of the Ezra connection.

Also, it looks like Kristian is branching out in his career. Not only is he part of the Emmy award winning duo but he also stars in the latest installment of VH1's "The Pickup Artist" coming out this fall. :D :D

:haha: Yeah...Early indications are they're definitely going for a "Steampunk" theme with the "Incredible Machine" tour...hence the quasi-Victorian costuming.

Here's a shot of the kit setup Travis is using:

And here he is playing it, in all of his Lewis Carroll/H.G. Wells glory:
